SHIPPING INFORMATION:

All online orders will be shipped within 2 business days of receipt of payment. 

All packages are shipped using USPS Priority Mail. 

Orders placed on weekends, Monday's & holidays will be filled the next business day.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: 

Returns:
All returns and exchanges must be handled within 5 business days of when you receive your item.
If you must return or exchange an item, you will need to notify customer service via email at rbraniganpipes@gmail.com. Your return or exchange will need to be approved and expected in order for the return or exchange to be processed. 

To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase or receipt. 

Your pipe must be unsmoked, in the original condition, undamaged, and returned with all items accompanying the pipe.

Non Returnable Items :

Several goods are non returnable, including all items purchased "on sale" , as well as all custom pipe orders.

Shipping:

All items being returned or exchanged are considered the liability of the purchaser until we have received them. In addition, the return shipping costs for all items will be the responsibility of the purchaser. 

If you are returning an item, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your item.

Refunds: (If Applicable)

Once we have received your item and inspected it for any damage, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will process your refund, and credit your original method of payment. Please be aware that refund processing can take several days, depending on the payment method used, and processing time between banks.
